PG in Greater Noida Alpha 2
PG in Greater Noida Alpha 2 - Hi guys! Today we are going to talk about something which I feel a lot of us struggle with. I have for myself struggled with this. So, I am writing here so that some of you in this struggling condition can get some help.
Hostels, PGs and flats are the most common type of things where people usually shift to from their home might be in search of work, for college, school or anything like that.
Talking about the advantages of PGs the first thing is that it is very easy to find because you can simply find banners, flyers and somebody staying there can also guide you find the PGs; like how several numbers of PGs in Noida are there, which PGs are better and so on. So the brokerages are lesser in finding a PG, and so it is easily obtainable.
There are fewer legal hassles, liabilities. There are no legal agreements, that is, you are not legally liable for lots of things in a PG; for which you might have to be in case of flats and hostels. Likewise, the third benefit is that you do not have to get a lot of things done by you. Like, you will not have to pay the your wi-fi bill, electricity bill and many other such like that; they will take care of their PGs to make it run properly unlike flats.
Most PGs give you food. Even though they could provide you all the equipment to make your food. If you have opted a PG in Noida with food you will get homely made tasty food by them.
One of the most advantage is that the exit and moving out is very easy; you just have to give notice and can vacate the place for as many numbers of days you want that is mentioned in your notice.
PGs are also having some cons like it's extremely expensive in some particular area. Because a middle man is involved here who is making the whole thing ready for you; your gas, your food, electricity. They are cutting each one of these. So sometimes it turns out to be expensive.
For your convenience, an A.C PG will roughly cut around 12,000 INR if it's shared. Also, in case of flats if it is 1BHK or 2BHK roughly it will cut around 20,000 INR if it is unfurnished otherwise it may cut around 25,000 INR.
A non AC PG will charge you from 5000 INR to 8000 INR and occasionally even more if it has some high security, a good way of living with proper people around you and also a nice home-like to live in with a good supply of food each time and perhaps with some more facilities.
If you compare the expenses of gas, electricity bills PGs are fairly cheaper than flats where you have to do all your work.
Another Con is that you cannot choose who stays with you and who not and also whom to let and whom not to. That is another negative feature, but it is also gives you an chance to learn new things from your new fellows.
In PGs there are also some restrictions in cluttering. PGs might have set a rule like a maximum of 2 people in a room and sometimes 3 or 4.
